Like Father Like Son

The other day I came downstairs and this is what I saw....

Update on Landon!

We love our little boy! Everyday is so much fun, the night are sometimes hard because he wants to stay up and play, when Paul and I want to go to bed, but we are slowly starting to get used to it! Having him has definitely taught us a lot about patience! Landon brings us so much happiness! I couldn't imagine our lives without him! The other day he held a toy in his hands for a small period of time, he's working on getting strong for the ladies! Last night he rolled over for the first time from his tummy to his back! It was the cutest thing, and I didn't have my camera with me! I was so sad! Everyday he does something cute to amaze us! Here are just a few pics!

Last Saturday our friends took us to a 51's game! It was lots of fun, and it was Landon's first baseball game!

So, here are just a few cute pics of Landon that my mom took from her phone! Everyday, I still can't believe he's here! He entered this world surrounded by my parents and some of my closest friends, and of course Paul and Me. What a blessing it is that everyone was there to see him come into this world.  I am so grateful for family and great friends. I'm so grateful for my loving husband and our little boy. He makes me so happy. He is such a funny baby, and is already developing a great personality! 

Well worth the wait!

Tuesday, April 1, was the best day of our lives, our little bundle of joy Landon Wayne Lanier was born. He was born at 10:44 pm and weighed 6lbs, 11 oz, and was 18.5 inches long.   We waited a long time for him. When we first started trying to get pregnant,I was frustrated that it wasn't happening, but now I have never been more grateful that things didn't work out for us when we wanted them to. We may not have had Landon, had things gone our way, and I couldn't picture our lives without him. He brings so much happiness and joy to our lives. He brings a sweet spirit to our home and we are so grateful that Heavenly Father blessed us with him.
